Help Give Detrice a Beautiful Goodbye

Hi, my name is Cantrell Wrighting and I'm raising funds for my mother, Detrice Pride's funeral. She was always a hardworking person, making sure the bills were always paid and that her children and grandchildren had everything we needed at all times. She was a very respectful and cheerful person and was the light of the room. We love and miss her very much.

My mother had Stage 4 breast cancer. She was diagnosed in 2022 and went through treatment with chemotherapy and then radiation, while also working whenever she could at selective Marriott Hotels. After about a year of treatment, she was confirmed to be cancer-free and had beaten it. But in actuality, some cancer had spread to a part of her body that wasn't detected. It began to resurface and started to spread a lot faster throughout her chest and neck. At the beginning, she was working, but over time she had to stop due to her health, and it started to get worse. On December 23, 2024, she passed away.

Me and my siblings would like to give her the best farewell we can give her, and we are asking for your assistance in helping us fund it. We truly love and are grateful for anything we receive and truly appreciate it. Thank you.
