Help give Essam and Amir a chance to rebuild their lives

Essam is still in the hospital due to the severity of his injuries and his inability to obtain/learn to use prosthetic limbs. He needs special medications as well. These funds will go towards those things in addition to care for his baby boy, Amir. Amir lives in a tent with his grandmother and is currently in desperate need of winter clothing and supplies in addition to other basic necessities (food, water, medicine). Hi, my name is Raina Carter and I live in Portland, Oregon. I am fundraising for a wonderful father in Gaza in a desperate situation. His name is Essam Ahmed Salah and his home was bombed resulting in the tragic deaths of his wife and 2 of his beautiful children, Muhammad (8) and Nada (7). His youngest son, Amir, thankfully survived. During the bombing, Essam lost his right arm and leg. He is unable to care for his remaining son and is in desperate need of medical care outside of Gaza. His hope is to raise money so that he can take his son out of Gaza to safety and get the medical care/prosthetic limbs he needs in order to salvage what is left of his family and give Amir a chance at life.
