Help Give Moose Jaw Youth Hope

We are asking the community of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan (and extended areas) to join in the mission to help Joe's Place keep their doors open and provide care and support for youth in need.

Joe's Place is a youth center in Moose Jaw whose mission is to "provide a safe, non-threatening environment that is free of alcohol, drugs and violence, where the youth of Moose Jaw can experience enjoyable and challenging events and activities, and gain life skills and a positive outlook on life through meaningful relationships with caring adults and peers."

This goal is achieved by opening their doors to the local youth multiple times a week, providing them with a safe space where they are given a chance to be poured into by Joe and volunteers and potentially have a break from difficult home lives.

Joe's Place needs financial support, and an employee, Kyle Mclean puts it this way: "We are in a season here at Joe's Place where we really need to persevere, hope, trust, protect, and of course love."

100% of the funds raised will be directly given to Joe's Place directly through GoFundMe. You will also receive a tax receipt for your donations from PPGF Canada!

I (Jacob) am a student at Briercrest College in Caronport, Saskatchewan, and am part of a group of students who are responding to the call to meet the needs of those around us. Joe's Place has been a foundational part of many student's lives, and even more so in the lives of youth in Moose Jaw.
