Help Give New Life to Struggling Mother

I hesitated to do this because I didn’t think anyone was interested in my story, but a good friend convinced me to put myself out there, so that’s what I’m going to do.
I am a married, 40 year old mother of three. And for all of my adult life, I have dealt with depression to some degree. I have a warm heart, and an overall positive, sunny disposition tucked deep inside of me, but I feel at this point in my life that my depression may end up killing me. I struggle to get out of bed every day and do basic things. You have no idea how debilitating depression and anxiety can be until your daily quality of life is severely effected. The reason I say this is because it is so deep at this point that even mindfulness and gratitude just aren’t doing it for me, and I know when a person gets to that point, you are in a real danger zone. Hopelessness is real, y’all.
So between having MDD and being bipolar type 2 (not well treated with medication or ECT), chronic migraine and chronic pain, I feel that I have found a viable treatment option that may very well change the trajectory or my entire life. It is called Ketamine Infusion Therapy, and the nearest facility to me that does this is in Albany, NY. I live in Binghamton, NY with my husband and our three daughters.
You can google Ketamine Infusion Therapy and see what it is being used for, and all of the positive results they have had with it over the years. I have already completed my consultation with the Dr in Albany, and previously had appointments lined up, but then before I could go, I hit a deer and totaled our only working car. So now, I really need to ask for your help, because I am running out of options and time. Lately the next day feels even worse than the last, and these feelings have been progressive.
Ketamine Infusion Therapy is an established, amazingly effective treatment for MDD, chronic pain and chronic migraine. The only problem is that it is not yet covered by insurance. The initial six treatments, which are done all within a two week period, cost $2200, and each subsequent infusion after that (you only need another infusion every two to six months, and the amount of time between each infusion is based on subjective results) is $450. I will need to be able to also cover expenses for gas, food, and 4 hotel night stays (I will be driving to Albany for two weekends in a row to complete the first six treatments, and it makes far morse sense to stay than to drive back and forth 2-1/2 hrs each way). So I am asking for $4000 to cover everything.
