Help Give Peyton A Chance to Walk
Donation protected
Three year old Peyton was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at the age of one. She is the smartest and sweetest little girl, but she has yet to take her first steps.
After years of physical and occupational therapy, Peyton has been approved for a a very selective procedure that may allow her a chance to walk. The procedure is called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy and it involves sectioning (cutting) of some of the sensory nerve fibers that come from the muscles and enter the spinal cord. Peyton will need to travel to St. Louis for the procedure and recovery, which will take place November 15, 2022.
Unfortunately her medical insurance will not pay for her to have this life altering surgery. Her family is asking for financial assistance to help pay for her medical expenses that are estimated at approximately $40k. We would be forever grateful for any and all donations to help our sweet Peyton a chance to get up and play with her little sister and her school friends.
