Help Give Rui Gomes-Depina a Proper Farewell

Rui Gomes-Depina died unexpectedly on November 11, 2024. He had just turned 29 years old. Rui was a quiet, but shining light to all who knew him. Even as the baby of his mother’s children, his role in the family was clearly defined. He had a very close and loving relationship with his mother & brother who he both admired and respected greatly. He married the love of his life, Justice, on August 27, 2021. They had a close and loving relationship and as expected, she is heartbroken. The entire family is extremely devastated by the loss of Rui at such a young age. With Rui being so young, he did not have life insurance. The family is trying to raise money to have a proper home going ceremony for our beloved Rui. Rui is survived by his wife, Justice Gomes-Depina (26), his mother Leopoldina Gomes, his father Cesar De Pina, his brother Hermenegildo Torres, his niece Zoe Torres, his nephews Herman and Hevan Torres, his mother in law, Latoya Wright-Benjamin, sister-in-law, Azia Benjamin, brother in-law, Elijah Benjamin and many many family and close friends.
