Hi, I’m Kimberly, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my brother Glenn and his wife, Sharon Miller—the proud owners of MoMo’s Meat Market, a true Sacramento gem.
For over a decade, Glenn and Sharon have been serving up the best BBQ in the greater Sacramento area at MoMo’s Meat Market, located on Broadway and 58th. If you’ve ever driven down Broadway, you’ve likely caught the aroma of smoked meats wafting through the air—the unmistakable scent of MoMo’s.
Since opening their doors on October 1, 2010, MoMo’s has been more than just a restaurant. It has been a community gathering place—a spot where people come together to share a meal, connect, and find comfort. Glenn and Sharon have poured their hearts into this business, not just through their incredible food but through their unwavering generosity. They’ve supported local fundraisers, provided meals during the pandemic, and always welcomed their customers like family.
But now, they need our help.
On February 4, 2025, Glenn suffered a sudden and life-altering stroke. The hardest-working man I know now faces a long road to recovery. As a result, Glenn and Sharon have made the heartbreaking decision to close MoMo’s so he can focus on healing.
MoMo’s was inspired by Glenn’s late mother, whose love for cooking and bringing people together shaped the restaurant’s spirit. Now, it’s our turn to show that same love and support to Glenn and Sharon. The financial burden of medical expenses, housing costs, and closing the business is overwhelming, and we’re asking for your help.
