Help Glen Robins Rebuild After Tragic Fire

Hi , My Name is Glen Robins , and recently I've suffered a tragic fire and no longer have a inhabitable dwelling. We are not sure how the fire started, but it started on the back porch of my home where my renters were allowed to smoke. I purchased my home in 2010 and have proudly lived there almost 14 years. I never been married and its always been my pup and i living there . At some point i decided to rent my rooms out for extra income , sharing my home with people that needed a place to stay.

There is extensive Damage to the roof, the a/c unit, the trusses ...and the dry wall damage is bad as well,,,ill be getting actual quotes to fix the house, but some of the numbers coming in from those who have an idea are saying its going to north of 160k to 180k . MAybe even as high as 200k.

I've never really asked for community help before but i would really love to preserve my home and sell it and leave Palm Bay, Florida . It is a beautiful home when it was intact.

If there are any roofing contractors,, A/C contractors, or building contractors that lend their time and talent to this cause it would be appreciated. I have no idea how all this works but i was advised to start a go fund me page because time is of the essence. the longer this house sits the worse it is going get inside possibly costing even more money.

The day of the fire, everyone in my community came to my aid in some way shape or form showed how much they cared,,, just a outreach of love and caring was shown there on that very long day the fire was being put out. I am so lucky to have the friends and close people that have helped me in their own ways to Navigate through this terrible time.

To make things even worse, our dear friend and neighbor, was struck and tragically killed by a driver crossing over Emerson Drive, here in Palm Bay at my house. She had just come over to tell me that i could stay with her until my dog and i had a place of our own to go to. She was a beautiful 82-year-old widow that everyone loved and adored, and i will miss her dearly every day. as will everyone else. Its been bad enough losing my home but losing a dear friend on the same night has been very hard for several of my friends and neighbors to deal with emotionally. I'm struggling daily to unsee what has happened and i cant make sense of any of this.

Inclosing I want to thank anyone that contributes to this and helps me in this . Also , want to thank God for all the brave fire and rescue workers and police officers that dedicated their time and efforts in putting this fire out with expediency. Also to the Brave Fire Fighter that brought my baby boy Cash out of a burning house that could have ended his life that day and the other dog as well. I have the best neighbors anyone could ask for and since the fire everyone has been so very helpful,,, so many people,,, too many to list , please know that im so grateful for all your help and support.

If there are any contractors that can step up and donate time and materials we need to get things moving quickly, i wasn't sure how to write this but i need help . i have a place to stay and my dog does too, but if the local contractors can help with this in some way , i really need this. my house is on 1622 Emerson Drive SE palm Bay . Any and all support financially or otherwise is appreciated ,,,please help me .
