Help Gloria Grace Alonzo for medical bills

Hi family and friends,

Today, me and my Family are knocking on your hearts, as we face a financial challenge to help a family member undergo a medical procedure vital to optimize and regain her health and also ease her pain. Gloria is a mother of a kindhearted daughter willing to help and a very loving grandmother to two amazing, beautiful kids.

She is here in Vancouver on a tourist Visa, to be with her daughter and grandkids. Now she is suffering in pain with a Cholelithiasis . MRI showed multiple stones. She will need ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatograhy) to assess and remove gallstones in surrounding area of the bile duct , pancreas and liver. She was diagnosed with the condition almost a week before her travel insurance expires and due to a very different scenario we are in right now with the pandemic, diagnosing and treating her gets delayed and gets put in the back burner., My brother and Jhoan had to pay out of their own pockets to cover for certain diagnostics exams and the cost just continually piles up.

Her travel insurance got renewed but for reason we still are trying to fight , they will not cover the cost for the ERCP procedure. They are making it difficult and hard for us to accept and understand why they will not cover the present claim that was presented to them.

Gloria urgently needs this procedure and without monetary insurance coverage we are in limbo and are financially crippled.

It is hard seeing a family member in pain.
