Help Goma Devi Nepal Get a Life-Saving Liver Transplant

Hello, my name is Saroj Nepal, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart and a deep sense of urgency to ask for your help in saving the life of my beloved mother, Goma Devi Nepal. She is currently fighting for her life against a severe liver disease, and the doctors have told us that a liver transplant is her only chance of survival.
