My wonderful, creative, talented friend Gabe requires financial assistance so he can live comfortably in his body. The insurance he has creates an issue since the Top Surgery Specialist is located in a separate state; this makes the surgery qualify as a tier 2 in-network procedure that brings an out-of-pocket maximum of $8,100.

We are shooting for a $10,000 goal in hopes that all other proceeds will assist in transportation and recovery as well as other appointments necessary for the surgery itself.
