Help Goose Get Treatment : Urgent Vet Care Needed

This is my dog goose. He is 4yrs old and a Great Pyrenees

in the middle of the day Saturday February 22nd he started acting weird not moving much moving slow and if you know him that’s not my dog at all. Sunday morning he got worse he couldn’t get on the couch’s he couldn’t get on the beds without help and he cried if he tried. He was walking the speed of a snail and started to get wobbly legs. Monday morning he could barely walk he fell down the stairs and we had to catch him, he can’t stand straight he falls over and limps. He will only eat drink or go to the bathroom if we bring it to him or take him on a leash. His symptoms have only gotten worse since then and it is now Thursday February 27th he woke up without being able to basically walk at all he went and laid in the hallway lost control of his bladder and peed all over himself we took him to the vet and they said his white blood cells keep getting higher and he has abdomen. They said they can’t rule out cancer or a tumor and the only way to determine that is with an ultrasound we have to get on him tomorrow morning and depending on that he will possibly have to get surgery to have it removed if it can be reached

I don’t normally do things like this but I have maxed out all my credit cards spent all the money I have in my bank account and the vet bills just keep coming and coming and I don’t have the money to save my baby. Anything is appreciated even if it’s just sharing his story so It can get seen by as many as possible I would be insanely grateful.
