Help Gorman, massive stroke survivor!

Many of us know Gorman Woodfin from his work with CBN television. Others may know him from his inspirational short story book, In the Hollow of His Hand. Currently Gorman is an Associate Professor of Communication at Liberty University.

Gorman suffered a massive Cerebellum stroke on September 23, 2021. This fundraising effort is to help cover medical costs and living expenses not covered by his insurance or leave program. The stroke has left Gorman with the challenge of re-learning some of his basic motor skills over the next 10 months.

Gorman states, “I am so thankful and blessed to be alive!! I totally love teaching at Liberty and I hope to be able to continue to mentor and challenge my students here for many, many years to come! In the next ten years my goal is to see 20 of my students in positions of authority on a National platform. I hope to continue to take students  out to Los Angeles to connect with my contacts in the industry!!”
