Our beloved mother and grandmother, Maria E. Dailey, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2024, after a prolonged illness. Her love, strength, and guidance have touched so many lives, and her legacy will continue to inspire those who knew her.
As we prepare for Maria's viewings and funeral, we are reaching out to friends, family, and the community to help us raise funds for airline tickets. These funds will allow her grandchildren to travel and be present with the family to honor their grandmother's life and say their final goodbyes in person.
Maria was a beacon of love, always bringing people together, and we know how much it would mean to her to have her family, especially the grandchildren she adored, gathered together in this difficult time.
For someone who was so authentic and so strong it is incredibly difficult to say goodbye, we would love to have the grandkids there as well.
Any support, no matter the size, would help ensure that Maria’s grandkids can attend the services and pay tribute to the woman who gave so much of herself to her family, friends, and community.

The goal is funds for air travel, rental car to get from Rome, NY to Perrysburg, OH, and for a hotel room. Anything extra will go toward the funeral costs (two funeral homes viewings, transportation, internment).
