Help Gwen Jacobs for kidney transplant

Hi, my name is Gwen Jacobs and I know times are a little hard right now but I'm asking the good people reading this to please help me in raising money for my kidney transplant. I just got the call today, saying I'm on a list of 200. This will be my second transplant and second chance at a life without dialysis.
