Help Hailey Finish School and Change the World

Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I am fundraising on behalf of my good friend, Hailey. Hailey is a 22 year old Masters of Social Work student at Fordham University. Hailey graduated from Lock Haven University with her Bachelors degree in Social Work in May 2021 with a GPA of 3.8. Hailey is currently enrolled in Fordham University’s Advanced Standing, Full Time Masters of Social Work program and is hoping to graduate in May of 2022. Hailey currently has a 3.7 GPA, and is just one term (8 weeks) away from graduation. Hailey works a full time job at a non-profit child welfare agency as an Adoption and Foster Care Permanency Specialist. Hailey is extremely hard working, determined, and will has such big plans for her Masters degree. Hailey plans to go into Policy, and work on policies at the federal level that effect children and child welfare.

Hailey is the oldest of 3; having a younger brother with low functioning Autism, and a younger sister. Hailey grew up in a single parent household with limited income, due to her father passing at a young age and her mother being fully disabled. Hailey has been working since the age of 13, and has been saving for college her whole life. As mentioned above, Hailey is just 8 weeks away from graduating with her MSW, but has been unable to be approved for a loan due to the fact that she does not have a co-signer. Hailey owes the school $16,578.70 and has to make a payment of $5,678.30 by February 15th, and pay off the remainder of her bill by April 15th in order to graduate. Hailey is very independent and head strong and does not like to ask others for help, as she is always trying to help everyone else, but as someone who loves Hailey deeply, I am turning to you all to ask for help supporting Hailey and her dreams to help children worldwide.
