Help Hailey Rose Get an Emotional Support Dog

Hi, this is my daughter, she was diagnosed with autism when she was three. She has always loved animals and we have tried many times for her to have a dog, but without the proper training it has been tough. We have inquired about getting a dog and putting it through the proper training but it is expensive. We never would ask but we want Hailey to fulfill her dream of having an animal to take care of and love and provide her with the emotional support she would greatly benefit from. We were able to find out that she has this in her plan, but the cost would still fall mostly on us. Thank you.
