Help Hala Study Neuroscience at SLU

My name is Hala, and I am a recent high school graduate (Weighted GPA: 4.06) with the dream to study Neuroscience and attend Medical School. Although I finished middle and high school in the US, as a P@lestinian from G@z@ City, I'm not eligible for the FAFSA, government aid, or work to fund my education. 

My mother has tried to support my education, as well as my sister's,  but with the increasing expenses, it is becoming very difficult for her to support our education financially alone.

For many, education is an option, but for Palestinians, it is a necessity. This is why I was ecstatic to learn that I was accepted to study Neuroscience at one of the best programs in the state. I've always known I wanted to be a doctor so I can help others around me from a young age. I've always been outspoken and an advocate for my identity, and earning my Bachelor's will allow me to broaden my perspectives through education.
