Make Yara's dream of her Gazan Family Reunion come true

Donation protected
Hello to all of you.
Update: Thank you all for supporting my sister Hala for fleeing Gaza and surviving the war.
Now she is staying with me in Egypt, and we are still trying to figure out her educational status.
Hala Jamal, a 14-year-old Gazan girl and a driven 9th grader whose aspirations have been derailed by the continuing conflict in Gaza.
She was doing well academically prior to the war, actively involved in First Aid course, programming club in school and other programs.
But now that everything has been destroyed, her future is uncertain.
Everything she has fought so hard to achieve has been taken away by the current situation, including the loss of loved ones and colleges in her school.

Here's a picture of Hala and I in Cairo:

"In order to help my family and I survive this terrible conflict by paying the immediate expenses of fleeing Gaza and starting again, I am calling out to you in this hour of great need."
Your help is more than just financial; it gives me the chance to finish my education and put together the pieces of my life, which will help me and my family have a better future.

Goals of the Fundraiser:
Travel Documents: Pay for the required paperwork.

Travel Expenses: Provide transportation support

Short-Term Stay: Provide money for a secure location while things are changing.
Living Essentials: Provide for basic requirements like clothing and food.

Education: Pay for any educational expenses incurred while relocating.
I appreciate your thoughts and encouragement at this difficult time as I strive to rebuild and follow my dreams.
With sincere appreciation,
Hala Jamal.

I dream of a place where my family can find peace, surviving wars and loss and finally living in peace.
Greetings!
It’s Yara, I’m currently a dental intern based in Cairo. I’m Palestinian from Gaza, who witnessed 6 months of war until I got the chance of students’ evacuation in March.
Back then I was volunteering in the only operating hospital in Rafah, Al-Kwait Hospital. I was assisting and managing emergencies every day I found the courage to keep helping people in need with whatever I could do regardless the smell of death and loss, I kept going!
Here I was trying to take care of this injured lost child after a near bombardment!

We are a family of 6, to interduce my family and also show how does our life look like:
First of all, I want to talk about my grandmother, Tatah Etaf.
While my mother toiled as a schoolteacher, my grandmother filled our home with compassion and understanding. Her gentle guidance and loving presence provided us with stability and reassurance. Through her selfless acts of love, she instilled in us the values of kindness and generosity, shaping us into the individuals we are today.
Tatah is 78 years old, suffering from pulmonary hypertension and generalized high blood pressure.
Her health condition is compromised she barely can survive such unhumanitarian conditions shortage of food, medications and forced to be displaced to a tent.
Here is Tatah just before the continuing war:

Tatah Now:

Tatah's medical report:

-I have a passionate handworker mother, I’m so lucky to be a daughter of such a strong woman like her.
My mother graduated from education school at Ain Shams University in 1992 she used to be a brilliant Arabic Language teacher for 18 years.
As a result to the instable political conditions, she quit teaching in 2008 although she had never quit learning with full passion and dedication, that’s why she has been in continuing education college again 2 years ago. She was following her dreams until she passed the first step successfully and proudly got (PreCommis Chef certificate)
She was planning her independent own small business just right before this ongoing conflict, but unfortunately this war killed her plans, but I believe that nothing could ever kill that spirit of always chasing her dreams.
My mom before the war:

While my mother now looks so tired and desperate:

-My father, he’s a former governmental accountant as someone who likes to be consumed in work, in addition to his skills in trading, he used to run small businesses, but he didn’t know that this war would destroy everything and leave them with nothing but survival prayers.

-In a world where passion fuels ambition, Fadi my younger brother, armed with a degree in Information Technology from Al Aqsa University, he embarks on a quest for further enlightenment. Yet He couldn’t find a job because of war circumstances.

-Despite the ravages of war, Nizar my younger brother, a dedicated student of English literature, faces a daunting setback as his college succumbs to destruction during his second year. Undeterred by the chaos surrounding him, his passion for education remains unyielding. determined to continue his pursuit of knowledge amidst adversity. He is considering continuing his studies in Egypt if he got the chance to evacuate and survive!

--------------
Hala and I , we are living together in Cairo right now, and I’m trying hardly taking care of her and her education I’m basically parenting her while both of us need our parents!
My family is staying in a tent located between Mawasi Rafah and Mawasi Khanyounis after we lost our beautiful house

Their Tent:

By donating you will help my family be ready to evacuate and survive once the border is reopened hopefully soon!
As it costs 5000$ per person for evacuation fees.
I’m trying to focus on the evacuation fees currently until we figure out their life if they ever could make it and survive.
By your support and our faith, we hopefully will make it
Thank you so much,
Yara Jamal,
