Hello! My name is Haley Lussier, I am 27 and a single mother in PA. Last summer (2022) I was diagnosed with Alopecia, the main cause was from stress. Earlier that year I was sexually assaulted by my boss and then dealt with major family issues shortly after which is what caused the stress. This has been an extremely tough transition and is taking all of my remaining strength to ask family, friends, and even strangers for help. I don’t wish more stress on anyone, which is why I am only asking those who are able. I am trying to raise enough money in order to pay the remaining amount for my medical grade wig. I have bought wigs off of amazon in order to try and feel “normal” but run into too many problems with said wigs. I reached out to a childhood friend who has had Alopecia her whole life and that is when she referred me to a woman who has dedicated her whole life into helping women who struggle with Alopecia. After a lot of research I feel that this is my only real option. I have started the process but in order to finish and receive my wig I must pay the remaining amount.
