Help H.A.L.O. give 18 dogs and 1 cat a new life!
Tax deductible
On Tuesday, 48 dogs and 1 cat were discovered inside a home in Ft. Pierce covered in feces and urine. They were never let outside and many were emaciated and overbred. The floors of the house were so urine-soaked that they had started caving in.
This is what animal hoarding looks like. While the owners are facing serious criminal charges, these animals will always remember a life that they should have never had to endure.
Today, we have taken in 18 of these dogs and the sweet, senior feline into our care to begin their medical and behavioral journeys to a better life.
We need your help!
H.A.L.O. receives no funding from the County or State and we have already exceeded our budget this year, but when we got the call for help, we couldn’t turn our backs on these animals.
Your donation, of any amount, will help to feed and provide medical care to get them on track for a new life filled with love and full tummies.
Thank you for always being there in times of emergency need so we can keep saying yes!
Helping Animals Live and Overcome (H.A.L.O.) provides a no-kill safe haven where extraordinary measures are taken to save homeless pets and protect them from abuse and neglect. H.A.L.O. believes in engaging our community by providing resources, education, and programs to do the same.
