Help Hank Secure Stability in Santa Fe

Hi, ya'll.
I hate this a lot. I hate it big time. Since moving to New Mexico in May 2021, I am moving for the 4th time.
"Low inventory, high demand and construction delays have contributed to skyrocketing housing prices in Santa Fe" according to google. But this actually means that a lot of people with money or in retirement came thru during the pandemic and bought all the casitas to pay their mortgages through AirBNB, Vacation and long-term rentals where many impose imperial and illegal rules over their tenants. The rental market is very hard. Word of mouth has been a saving grace.
The reality of the situation is even with these amazing leads found by my amazing community - I am unprepared to have upfront move-in costs after having just moved a month ago. I'm still catching up from the costs of investing in the hope of something long-term and affordable, but it, unfortunately, turned out to be a really bad situation. I love my new job; my relationships here are strong and stronger by the day. I want to be a part of changing Santa Fe. I want to be a part of making it a place where locals are safe, young professionals are valued, and Indigenous folks are paid their overdue rent.
It's the holidays, and I know folks have their finances strapped. Anything is something. And entirely appreciated. I want to live somewhere long-term where I feel safe and can do the work I'm called to do.
I really appreciate any help you can provide. I love you dearly.
