Help Hannah pay for Flo’s surgery

Hi my name is Natalie, and my older sister Hannah has a gorgeous little 9 month terrier-weiner mix who unfortunately has a torn acl and double hip dysplasia :( She is in need of a very pricy surgery costing about $5,000.
