Help Haps: Making Life Better with Parkinson's

My grandmother got Parkinson’s in her 70s. The story I can tell you about her is amazing yet funny. Well in 2021 I got diagnosed with Parkinson’s. It was a surprise but I’ve learned how to over come it. What helps to make it better is exercising what better way than walking dogs.
