Urgent help: Hardisty family pet Reggie

Donation protected
Hi my name is Nicole. My friends Teresa and Jeremy's dog was hit by a car this am. He is a part of their family and with the holidays and the extra expenses I thought I would set this up. Teresa and Jeremy would give the shirt off their back to anyone but now they need the help. I am attaching the conversation from Teresa and from the vet.
On December 21st at approx 630 am our Corgi, Reggie was hit out in front of our house. He broke through his underground fence. As of right now there is nothing the vet can do but send him home with pain meds. He has several broken bones. Reggie is not a candidate for a cast because of how/where it broke There is also something with the shoulder going on. There’s no internal bleeding. We will have to wait till next week sometime to possibly go see a specialist out in the city.

The humeral fracture will run @ $3000-$3500 assuming no involvement with the elbow - which it does not appear to have any elbow involvement.
There is also a mildly displaced sacroiliac luxation opposite the fractured femur which probably won't need to be addressed unless it's really unstable.
The femoral fracture will completely depend on where the fracture is in relationship to the greater trochanter. WIthout the orthogonal view, I can't tell for sure.
IF the fracture is through or distal at all to the greater trochanter of the femur than a simple FHO is not an option because for an FHO to work you have to have an intact trochanter.

SO if we can just do an FHO and fix the humerus , we are looking at $4000-$4500. IF the femur fracture is through the greater trochanter than to fix it will become a MUCH bigger project and be an additional $2000-$3000. Just amputation is not ideal because the opposite SI is fractured and the dog putting full weight on it while it heals. Otherwise we would have to go in and try to fix the SI and that is a whole other project. SI luxations with 50% contact or more can be left alone BUT have to have a good opposite leg to walk on.

So we are looking at $4000-$45000 on the low end up to @ $6000-$7000 on the upper end depending on the femur and the SI

This is a nasty situation.

If they want to do surgery, I would really like to do it today if the dog is stable enough. So please let me know asap.
