My wish with this go fund me page is to help her pay attorney's fees (past, present and future) during her fight to regain custody of her daughter, Harley after the tragic loss of her son.

Cheyenne lost her son and Harley lost her brother, Heston just before his 2nd birthday due to a seizure in the setting of a respiratory virus almost 10 months ago on July 21, 2023. Just a few days later on July 24, 2023, my niece lost custody of her daughter Harley due to Gilbert Police Departments’ open investigation on the death of Heston. Despite two autopsies determining a natural cause of death - that were released in October 2023, Gilbert Police Department refuses to close their case.

Cheyenne just turned 27 years old. She lost her son tragically and unexpectedly and then her daughter was taken from her in the matter of 3 days. She went from being Harley’s full time parent to seeing her only 18 hours a MONTH supervised by an agency. She is unable to grieve her baby boy because the Gilbert Police Department is looking at her as a suspect instead of a grieving mother.

She has fully cooperated with authorities, followed and obeyed all the family court orders; she has exhausted all her options and avenues and was forced to seek legal representation to help prove her innocence.

Cheyenne is nearly $100,000 in debt between all the attorneys fees, an independent second autopsy, the expenses for polygraph testing, the supervising agency expenses for her to see Harley, costs associated with safety, and everything that adds up daily as movement and justice is sought.
