My name is Diana, and I’m reaching out to share the story of an incredible man, Harley Muir who is not just a loving single dad but also a courageous fighter against muscular dystrophy. As her friend I have witnessed his strength, resilience, and unwavering love for his children (Morgan, Zyon, Adrian and Boston) even in the face of daunting challenges.

About Harley

Harley is a devoted father to 4 amazing kids, who bring joy and purpose to his life. Despite his condition, he continues to inspire everyone around him with his positivity and determination. However, living with muscular dystrophy has made daily life increasingly difficult, and he faces significant limitations in mobility and independence.

The Opportunity: Recently, Harley learned about a groundbreaking treatment available in Panamá at the Stem Cell Institute that has shown promising results for individuals with muscular dystrophy - case study (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4821220/). This treatment could potentially improve his quality of life and give him the strength to be more active and engaged with his children.

Why We Need Your Help: The cost of this treatment, travel, and accommodation is beyond what Harley can manage on his own. We’re aiming to raise $180,000 to cover:

• 3 steam cells treatments

• Travel expenses to Panamá

• Accommodation during the treatment

• Medical expenses

• Additional support for his children during this time
