Help Harmony Thornhill recover from Thyroid Cancer surgery

Howdy! My name is Harmony Thornhill. But you may know me as Harm or Mudd. I used to travel the United States on foot, but came to Seattle to get a mass in my neck checked out. After imaging I discovered I had a 3cmx3cmx3cm mass on my thyroid and went in for a partial thyroidectomy. Removing the right side of my thyroid with the mass on it. It wasn’t until after the surgery we discovered the mass was Thyroid Cancer. Luckily for me it had not spread anywhere else, but the remaining part of my thyroid had to be removed. After a month of a hard recovery, I had to go back in to remove the rest of my thyroid. As of June 3rd, 2024 I have no thyroid, and will be on thyroid hormone replacement for the rest of my life.I will be able to monitor the return of the cancer if my thyroid hormones start to fluctuate extremely. During my hospital stay the doctors discovered I am severely severely iron deficient anemic. Leaving me on the brink of needing a blood transfusion.
Recovery has been really slow for me due to a second surgery, low thyroid hormones causing extreme fatigue, and severely low iron and red blood count causing even more fatigue. It will take a few months for my thyroid and iron levels to improve. I have found myself unable to stand without my heart pounding, unable to walk distances before getting extremely winded and unable to work. I have been out of work for a month now and am struggling to afford to survive.
I will be using the funds to afford medication, doctors appointments, rent, food, dog food, therapy, and any other living expenses I need while I am out of work. If I am able to raise enough funds I will put them towards a better housing situation. I am currently living in a one bedroom apartment with four people and four dogs. I have a van that needs a tiny bit of work until it's suitable to live in. Living in the van would cut down my living costs and improve my quality of life. I am used to living a life full of adventures. I am hoping I will be able to travel in the future again, but will need to be monitored by doctors for a while.
