Help Haus Heidelberg German Restaurant survive

My name is Helge Gresser, and I have to ask for help. We're trying to mitigate the devastation we have suffered since Hurricane Helene destroyed our German restaurant. We've been in Hendersonville in the Carolinas, serving German food for over 30 years, and though we are unfortunately the poster child for flooding in this county, we have NEVER experienced any total destruction like this! Since we flood from time to time (inches not feet) we do have flood insurance, but it does not cover a fraction of the losses, and we're in dire need of some help. We've literally lost everything...From the entire inventory, ALL electronics a good portion of our furniture, not to mention the damage to the walls and landscaping, w I'm trying to buy a new walk in cooler, as mine got destroyed with everything in it, and replace some computers, printers , new menus etc as well as keep my dedicated staff, which has worked tirelessly for the last 2 weeks, to give us a chance to be open again. Right now the money for repairs and staff retention has completely run out and any help would be greatly appreciated. I am not in the habit of reaching out for help, and I feel horrible doing so currently, especially knowing how hard this area has been hit.

Any money raised will go to: Fixing or replacing the Outside walk in, that turned over and ripped the electrical system off the pole and spoiled 10's of thousands of Dollars worth of inventory, Payroll to keep my employees on staff, replacement of POS systems (literally ALL electronics from printers to calculators) kitchen equipment, and inventory, and all the things one takes for granted, that all have to be replaced...

Haus Heidelberg has been a staple in Hendersonville for more than 3 decades, and we'd like to think we're more than just an eatery, but a place where people have happy memories.
