Help Hazel Get Neurological Testing

(TLDR scroll to end)
Hello, I’m raising funds to get my cat neurological testing and treatments. Hazel was dropped into my lap by the universe 9 years ago. I was 19, spending my free time at the humane society for “cat therapy”.. I wasn’t allowed to have cats in my dorm so the thought of actually adopting a cat wasn’t a reality. Until I saw hazel and brought her in a visiting room, she bounced off the walls with anxiety for 5 minutes until she finally laid on my lap, and fell asleep. She then lived in my dorm with me until the end of the school year She has been my sidekick through the hardest times of my life over the past 9 years. Hazel is the most special cat I’ve ever met, instantly making anyone who meets her melt. She is a healer, she cuddled my beloved, ailing grandmother Judy, every day for 1.5 years until she passed away in August ‘23. Hazel then spent the next year cuddling my little brother who was battling Rhabdomyosarcoma, a very aggressive cancer. She even spent days with him during his last weeks at the children’s hospital in Minneapolis. She was named his favorite cat, which is a huge feat, trust me. My little brother, Tanner, said she reminded him of toothless and he loved her little torti-tude the most. I'm asking for help because this is the last resort to save my baby girl. I'm working full time and have been picking up random side hustles to pay for her vet bills and ongoing medications, all while taking care of her alone. The estimate for the procedures needed is $3,700-$6,000. If the actual cost is on the low end, I will be using the remaining funds for whatever treatment is going to be needed after we get the MRI done.
Some background on Hazels medical diagnosis, she started having sneezing attacks in early 2024, we went through round of antibiotics and she would seem to get better, and then worse again. We did testing for a lot of things, and she was finally diagnosed with asthma in September of 2024, but I could tell there was still something wrong. In October 24, is when things really started to decline, her third eyelid started showing and she was diagnosed with horner's syndrome. After multiple more vet visits, they thought it could be an inner ear infection, or a tooth root abscess. After saving up for the dental surgery, in early March 2025, the vet didn't find any abscesses but found two different types of infections in both ears. They did xrays of her whole upper body, but couldn't see anything definitive of what is causing her symptoms. As of the last visit with our primary vet on March 27th, they have sent out referrals to multiple different neurologists for an MRI. On March 30th at 11:50pm, Hazel started randomly falling over when she was just loafing. She started spinning in circles and shaking her head back and forth. I rushed her to the emergency vet and they diagnosed her with Vestibular disease. This vet said it's highly unlikely that this is due to ear infections, and that she is leaning towards this being some sort of tumor/abscess somewhere behind her eye/ in her head. Right now she's very alert mentally, still very food motivated, but she's a very wobbly bean who needs help eating, drinking and finding the litter box.
TLDR:
Hazel has been my soulmate for 9 years, healing everyone she comes in contact with. She cuddled my ailing grandma, and little brother who passed away from cancer, in the last years of their fighting lives. She means the world to me and has been through one and half years of vet trips and tests to find out what is wrong with her. She was diagnosed with asthma, multiple different infections, horner's syndrome, vestibular disease, and now a possible tumor that needs immediate attention.
