WHAT WE ARE DOING:
We have decided to SHAVE OUR HEADS / FACIAL HAIR at the end of this November with hopes to raise donations and awareness for a wonderful charity – The Australian Childhood Foundation!

WHY WE ARE DOING IT:
We at Humphris Health are so passionate about this foundation! They focus on restoring the childhoods of Aussie children who have fallen victim to physical and emotional abuse, neglect and family violence. NO CHILD deserves to be exposed to traumatic experiences and devastating circumstances which can greatly change their view point in life.

We decided to shave because it forces us to do something selfless instead of just raising money. This is completely outside  of our comfort zone! We want to show our friends and family how much this cause means to us by giving up something that we find important and allowing ourselves to feel vulnerable.

This is an opportunity for YOU to also help! By donating to us, you are supporting these children and giving them opportunities that they have never had. Your donations will go towards:
- Child Trauma Care - this includes counselling and therapeutic healing programs
- Education & Prevention - focusing on children's education and child abuse prevention programs for carers and child
support networks
- Research & Advocacy - raising awareness and advocating for changes that protect children's rights

The charity also focuses on love, healing, resilience and restoration.
Their aim is to restore childhoods that are full of hope, dreams, imagination and love!
