Heather Ray, a Delaware Opportunities employee, and her family lost their home to a fire yesterday. No one was home except their puppy who did not make it. The family is receiving lots of messages about how to help. Delaware Opportunities is putting together a collection, all donations will be passed on to Heather and her family.
