Heather Zigler, her husband CPO Sam Zigler (White side County Game Warden) and their 8 year old son SJ received the call they have been waiting for. After a long time of waiting for a new heart, news came Saturday of a donor heart. The Zigler’s have long awaited this day for a chance to get Heather a new heart and they need your help. They rushed into Chicago Medical Center to meet with the doctors and start a long and difficult road to recovery. Heather was in surgery for over 8 hours. Sam is missing work as he is caring for his family. Heather has an exceptionally long road to recovery. Sam is the only source of income for them. Please help offset the insane cost of fuel and housing in Chicago and give the Zigler family some relief.
