Help Heba and Mousa Get Out of Gaza
Donation protected

Heba Khozondar and her brother Mousa, residents of Gaza City, are each other’s sole support in the wake of devastating losses. Their home has been destroyed, forcing Heba and her brother to seek refuge in a shelter in Rafah, a place once deemed safe. However, with Rafah now under siege, both face critical danger. Orphaned before the war, Heba has been the unwavering caregiver for Mousa, who struggles with significant health issues.
Professionally, Heba is a talented freelance architect, an alumna of the now-destroyed Islamic University of Gaza. Her career before the war was dedicated to aiding families in distress, using her skills to improve their living conditions. Despite the turmoil, Heba is determined to advance her education in architectural engineering.
Heba’s academic aspirations have been recognized internationally, with conditional offers from the University of York for an MA in Peace & Conflict Studies, from Oxford Brookes University for an MA in Global Development & Humanitarian Practice, and an unconditional offer from the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies for an MSc in Urban Management and Development.
This campaign is a call to action to support Heba, a young, ambitious woman, escapes from Gaza with Mousa.
The funds needed are as follows:
Coordination fees out of Gaza for two: $12500
Accommodation in Egypt for 4 to 6 months: $3000
Living costs and medication Mousa in Egypt: $6000
Your help will not only secure the medical help needed for Mousa but also enable Heba to pursue her educational goals and build a hopeful future for both of them. Most critically, your support is vital for their survival. Please join us in aiding Heba and Mousa during this dire time.
