Help Hector and Becca fight for their baby's life

Hey guys,

Almost two weeks ago, our close family friends welcomed their baby boy into the world but not without serious complications. While this time is supposed to be the most exciting and happy, these past two weeks have been the saddest and the most difficult as they watch their baby fight for his life. Baby Ares had to be delivered weeks before his due date as he was not making progress in his growth, and his movement activity was deficient. His lungs were underdeveloped, and he had been on the ventilator since day one. Baby Ares needs to undergo surgery to repair a diaphragmatic hernia, but that can't happen until he is off the ventilator and his lungs are strong enough to get him through such surgery. With Ares being in such critical condition and being hooked up to so many different machines, Hector and Becca cannot even hold their baby to bond with him. Mentally and emotionally, this is the hardest thing they have ever had to experience. There is no telling how many more weeks or months they will have to call the hospital their home as they visit Ares every day. They spend hours in the NICU reading, talking and praying with their son. I ask anyone and everyone to please help our friends by donating to this GoFundMe campaign.
