Help Heidi tackle pancreatic cancer!

Hello friends-

My name is Kristin, and I'm asking for your help for my dear friend Heidi Erstad, who recently received devastating news. Heidi was diagnosed with Stage IV pancreatic cancer in late July after the sudden onset of gastrointestinal symptoms. This form of cancer has a five-year survival rate of 3%, but Heidi is prepared to fight this with the help of her medical team and the support of her community!

Those who have met Heidi know she is an incredibly strong person with a heart of gold. She is always the first to volunteer to help when someone in her community has a need. Heidi is the most loving and devoted mother, wife and daughter, and every moment with her family is precious to her. What she wants and needs most during this challenging journey is extra time with her family: her husband Dan, her daughter, who is a pre-vet student at the University of Vermont, and her son who is a rising high school senior. Their daughter plans to return to Wisconsin as much as possible in the upcoming year, and the Erstads hope to plan a family trip together.

Any donation you can give to support the Erstad family during this difficult time will be appreciated! Your financial support will help offset the costs of their daughter's travel to and from school. It will also help ease the financial burden of extended time away from work and family travel/medical expenses.
