Help Helena Receive Alternative Treatment

On May 26, 2023 Helena went to Urgent Care because of a cough that was not going away. The doctors sent her to the ER to get an emergency lung drainage and informed us the fluid likely indicated a return of the cancer. She was in remission from breast cancer for a few months and finally back home in the US after completing chemo and radiation treatments in France.

The next morning, exhausted from being in the ER most of the night with little to no sleep, she did what any mom would do. She pulled herself together and with a big smile on her face, attended her youngest child, Alex's high school graduation. Later in the week, it was confirmed by doctors that there is cancer in her lungs and liver. She had to once again return to chemotherapy on top of getting a mandatory lung drainage every few days.

Fast forward 3 months ─ on August 21st, a pet scan revealed that the tumors on her lungs and liver had grown as well as had spread to her bones.

At this point, Helena's wish is to go to Envita which is an integrative medical center in Scottsdale, Arizona with proven results. After failed attempts to control the cancer with several standard chemotherapies and radiation, the point has come in which broadening the options is necessary. As you may know, medical bills add up. Medical insurance does not contribute to the expenses for this integrative medical path and any donations will go towards the medical funds. Above all, we appreciate everyone's steadfast prayers for complete healing and restoration of health. We refuse to stand in agreement with these diagnoses and continue to press forward in faith!
