Help Helene Victims Stay Warm This Winter

OPERATION: WINTER IS COMING

My name is John Burk, and I reside in Texas, and though I am not from NC and was not impacted by hurricane Helene, I started this GoFundMe to help. Our objective is raising funds and physical donations for the victims of hurricane Helene. Winter months are around the corner and the victims of the hurricane have no clothing. We are asking for and donation that would help us further our ability to purchase more clothing for those in need. Supplies are needed ASAP and everyday counts. All funds will be transferred to our point of contact on the ground that has been helping with rescue and cleanup efforts, Doug Kiesewetter. He has been a tremendous help and solid leader during these times. The funds will be spent on cold weather equipment needed such as propane tanks, heaters, and generators. Doug is there to assist the local fire departments in helping to provide for the citizens of NC.
