Help Helina Graduate: Support Her Final Semester

Hi, my name is Helina, i am an international student and a senior at Ithaca College, just one semester away from earning my degree.

I have worked incredibly hard to get to this point, balancing a full course load while working nearly 35 hours a week to cover my living expenses. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, I am unable to afford my tuition for this final semester. Without additional financial support, I will be forced to drop out just months away from graduating.

My parents are in Ethiopia and, unfortunately, unable to provide the financial support I need at this time. I have been doing everything I can to stay afloat, working long hours while keeping up with my studies. However, this semester’s demanding class schedule has made it impossible for me to work as many hours as before, leaving me unable to cover my remaining tuition, academic fees, and other essential expenses on my own.

This last semester is my final step before earning my degree, and I have come too far to stop now. After years of hard work and sacrifice, it is heartbreaking to think that financial barriers could prevent me from graduating.
