Help! Help! Help! Carol is Awaiting a Miracle....

We need your help.   There is a young, widowed, woman, who has had to leave her home due to sewage back-up.   The sewage back-up is so bad that it has inundated the entire home, and comes through the floor drainage, the sink, the toilet, and the bathtub whenever either of these utilities is used.   Her home is toxic and has become a serious health risk.  Carol has been advised by authorities to leave her home and to live elsewhere;  -  she now resides in a motel.  

Some of you know this woman well.  Carol was raised in the city of Ecorse, she attended and graduated school in Ecorse and she and her family have been citizens of the city of Ecorse all their lives.  Carol is an advocate for the city and is a care-giver for the elderly.   Even now you will often find her driving a senior citizen to a doctor’s appointment or to the neighborhood grocery store and to church.   She is faithful member to the church she attends and most of all she loves God.  She attends church regularly and serves as a missionary, an usher and is a deacon of the church.  It is her faith in the good Lord which has kept her going.  

The name of this woman is Carol Suttles.  In 2020, Carol was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer, and was recently told by doctors at Karmanos that they have done all that they can do for her.   Also during this time, Carol buried her husband.  Her two adult children do as much as they can to help her along.   

Prior to the cancer diagnosis, Carol had been self-sufficient.  She is a retired United States Postal Worker.  Even now, although she struggles to continue with her daily tasks, she is weak and has little strength but so far she is maintaining.    

Nevertheless, as the old saying goes, “When it rains, it pours”.   Carol’s insurance company has denied coverage (refused to pay) the necessary funds to fix the sewage problem.  The cost is exorbitant, way beyond Carol’s means.   We are trying to help Carol raise the funds needed to pay for the (costs for the fixture of this sewage back-up problem.  Won’t you please help us raise the funds for this  worthy cause?  Thanks so much for your support.
