Help Henry to have treatment for his back legs

Henry is my best friend. He is a goofy, loving mastiff mix that loves to play, chase squirrels and romp in the snow! He loves to have his back scratched and his ears rubbed. Adopted 3 years ago, he has been my source of comfort and joy throughout many challenges. He kept me going in 2020 while recovering from being pretty sick from COVID. He is my world.

He’s been having increasing  pain in his right hip/leg for 2 months. We’ve been treating it like a arthritis flare, but he’s not improving. It’s gotten worse thelast couple days and now he won’t stand on it.
His vet will be doing X-rays under sedation tomorrow morning and giving him an injection for pain. This visit alone will be 800.00.

As long as it isn’t anything more serious than a bad case of arthritis , he’ll need medication, physical therapy twice a week and possibly acupuncture for the next 4 weeks.
He’ll start treatment later this week if we have the funds. 
If it is something worse, his medical costs will be even higher. 

Because I was sick with COVID for several months and unable to work for 5 weeks, then had to work 4 day weeks all summer, I wiped out my 401k and maxed out my credit cards.

I haven’t received any of the stimulus money from the government because I had been blessed with a good salary.

But I’m not in a position to be able to pay for his treatment.  A couple of friends urged me to reach out and ask for help, so here I am.

If you would donate to help pay for Henry’s care I’d be forever grateful. He is usually so happy and silly and loving. It’s so hard to see him in pain.
I want him well so he can go back to playgroup and wrestle with his friends, run on the beach and into the ocean, and climb as many rocks as he wants!
