Help Henry Yao's Army Navy store stay in business

Henry Yao is a New York staple and so is his store. Located on Houston next to Russ and Daughters, his store has been there for 61 years. Henry works alone in the store 7 days a week now and before the pandemic. Every person who walks through his door gets special treatment. It is his life to interact with his regulars and other passersby who stumble in from the street. 

Because of the pandemic and the high cost of rent (6K + a month!) that Henry refuses to withhold, he will be out of income very soon.   

A few years ago, I walked into Henry's store and left with a new family member. I'm sure many who have been to his store feel similarly.  Help him keep his store alive and support himself and his family during this seemingly endless time.





100 percent of the funds will go to Henry Yao in keeping this business open.
