Heritage is a thriving community of families in Fort Worth, where parents, grandparents, and children attend our highly-regarded local schools: Bette Perot, Lone Star, Eagle Ridge, Freedom Elementary, Parkwood Hill Intermediate, Hillwood, Timberview Middle , Fossil Ridge, Central, and Timber Creek High Schools. We're proud to call Fort Worth home, supporting our Falcons, Chargers, and Panthers, and benefiting from the exceptional educational opportunities offered by our three high schools.

The Heritage Legal Task Force strongly disagrees with the actions taken by a few KISD trustees regarding the proposed split. We empathize with our students, neighbors, and fellow KISD parents who share our concerns. Our goal is clear: to defeat any action to split KISD that does not include a public vote by the people. We believe such a significant decision impacting our children’s education and our community must be made by the community.

We are committed to this fight and are actively raising funds to support any legal action through our Heritage Cares non – profit organization. We are confident that with the proper execution of our plan and the necessary financial resources, we will prevail.
