Herman was found on the streets of West Philadelphia limping around. Once caught, it was discovered that he had a fracture in his hind leg. The hope of this campaign is to be able to save his back leg, rather than get it amputated. Based on previous surgeries, the expected cost is around $2000. Every single donation is appreciated.
