Hello,
My name is Hilda, and I am from Gaza. I am writing to you today from the depths of my heart, hoping to convey my suffering and that of my family during these difficult times. On September 30th, just a week before the war began, I got married. I dreamed of a new life with my husband "Mohammed Ayyad" in our home, which represented my refuge and hope, where I envisioned a future filled with happiness and stability.
But on October 7th, the war started, and everything collapsed in an instant. I was forced to leave everything behind, including my memories and dreams, fleeing in search of safety. The moments of escape were filled with fear as shells fell from every side, and I barely had time to catch my breath.
My family now lives with me in a small tent, hiding from the harsh conditions. My parents, my husband, my brother Ahmed (21 years old), my sister Linda (26 years old) and her husband, along with her small children: Reema (3 years old) and Saleh (one and a half years), and my sister Talin (14 years old) who is in the tenth grade, all stay together in a cramped space where privacy and comfort are nonexistent.

Salih :
Life here is not easy. We are surrounded by insects and reptiles, and we suffer from a lack of healthy food, affecting our physical and mental health. Sometimes, the children go hungry, and we feel helpless to provide enough food for them. Reema and Saleh do not understand what is happening, but they sense our anxiety and tears, which weighs heavily on my heart. Talin, despite her young age, tries to be strong, but I see her becoming depressed at times, and I wish I could do more for her.
I realized that I am in urgent need of help to escape this crisis. We need your support to overcome these difficult circumstances. We are planning to leave Gaza for Egypt, where the coordination costs $5,000 per person, and there are ten of us. This amount represents our hope of reaching a safer place and improving our living conditions.
Every donation, no matter how small, can make a significant difference in our lives. It can be the ray of hope we need in this darkness. I ask for your help, whether through a donation or by sharing the campaign link with your friends and family. Your support can help me restore hope for a better life for my family.
Thank you very much for your time and support. Together, we can begin a new journey toward recovery and hope.
Sincerely,
Hilda.
