                                                            HOLLIS COUNTRY KITCHEN  IS ASKING FOR YOUR HELP



To all of our wonderful customers, friends and family,

Hello everyone......For those who don't know me....I am Cathy Hyland and I own Hollis Country Kitchen with
Chris Roukas and our four sons, Alex, John, Chris and Joseph.  Running a restaurant can be very rewarding but
it also has its ups and downs.  Unfortunately, three weeks ago Hollis Country Kitchen was forced to close due to
unresolved fiscal issues with the state, accruing large amounts of interest and penalties.  We are working diligently
towards a resolution and are planning to reopen as soon as possible.

At the suggestion and urging of many customers I have created this GoFundMe page to help us through this difficult time.

Our family has been blessed to be in the Town of Hollis and to own Hollis Country Kitchen for over twenty five years
and are praying for many, many more years.  Our whole family works at the restaurant and are honored to have customers
from the nearby towns of Brookline, Pepperell, Townsend, Nashua, Amherst, Milford and as far away as Boston and beyond. 
We know many of our customers on a first name basis and they truly are part of our family.

Over the years we have employed many young adults from Hollis and surrounding towns, giving them their first job.  
We currently have so many great people who work with us and they are anxiously awaiting our reopening.   We have many
exciting new ideas for the restaurant and  sincerely hope we will be given the opportunity to implement them. 

I am respectfully asking for your help.  Any contribution towards our reopening would be so very much appreciated and
our family and co-workers would be eternally grateful.
