Help Holly Get Treatment For Her Birthday

Hi everyone,

My name is Holly Brown Bear, I'm a Wolastoqiyik/French Canadian photographer based out of Fredericton, New Brunswick. Those of you who know me are aware that I suffered a pretty bad concussion at the end of February 2020. Unfortunately about two weeks later the pandemic was announced and everything went into lockdown, preventing me from being able to continue treatment. When therapy and treatment was available again months later I was grateful to continue but was already struggling with cognitive and memory problems, as well as anxiety, emotional dysregulation, night terrors and different forms of sleeping related issues.

I was able to seek treatment for awhile, but unfortunately I ended up using most of my savings and haven't been able to continue going for a few months now. The amount I'm asking for won't completely cover the healing process as it's ongoing, but it will get me back into it for at least a few more months. I've never really been good at asking for help but seeing how it's my birthday this month I would like to ask for a donation in lieu of any birthday gifts.
