Help Homeowners Losing Homes To Failed Wall

Please help the 2 affected homeowners of Fort Washington with moving expenses, and to retain a construction defect lawyer so that they can sue DR Horton (the homebuilder) and all parties involved and responsible for the failed retainer wall that is causing us and our 2 dogs (1 is an emotional support dog) and a cat, to have our newly built, 7 year old homes demolished with no where to go during this pandemic.
Our homeowners insurance will not help us because they do not cover "ground movement" or "soil erosion" which happens to be one of the causes to the wall failing.
This was our retirement home, but now we are being forced to start over from scratch.  After our homes are demolished, we are still responsible for the mortgage and HOA fees, as well as our new living expenses (hotel?). This will deplete our savings almost immediately!
We have filed a lawsuit, something that we did not anticipate because we had been in talks with the parties for almost 3 years and thought that they were going to take care of us, but it all came down to money. 
We know that this is a rough time for everyone and we appreciate anything that you can do. Both homeowners are military veterans and we CANNOT allow the responsible parties to get away with this. We cannot allow developers to come into PG County, build subpar homes that we work hard for, and dismiss us when we find negligence because they have the monies to drag this out in court and WE DON'T!
