Help Senior Chihuahua Dog with Cushing's Disease

Hi, my name is Jena and I rescued my assistance dog Honey over 10 years ago. She is around 14 years old. The last couple years have brought on a diagnosis for Cushing's Disease, which affects the Pitutitary gland of the brain. She also has a kidney problem. Symptoms for Cushing's range from insatiatiable thirst & hunger, to loss of bladder control, to chronic bladder infections about once a month. She is on 4 medications to help her live a more comfortable life, controlling the Cushing's itself, subduing the hunger and thirst, helping her kidney disease, and helping with her anxiety and nerves. I have to take her to the vet once a month for treatment mainly for the bladder infections. I live off Social Security Disability and a small jewelry business to support us, but the costs have escaped our budget. I can't afford her costs anymore and she still has years of life in her. Cost breakdown (ONGOING EVERY MONTH) Potty Pads: $34, Bladder infection panel test cost: $230, Transportation to the vet in a cab: $35, Check up with results: $79, Treatment of bladder infection and Dr's vet visit: $469, 1 month Cushings Meds: $244, Adaptil calming diffuser: $44, Kidney Meds: $60, Behavioral Meds: $90. TOTAL MONTHLY COSTS for Cushings: $1285. She is my baby, my licensed assistance dog, and my emotional guide. She is my life. If you can spare a few dollars, this is an ongoing problem and I need monthly costs. She is the sweetest, bestest friend I could ask for, and I love her SO much. Please help us make her life more tolerable. Cushing's is a non-curable disease. Any and all donations will go to vet rides (cabs), services, tests, and medications. Please help my Honey-bun!
