On October 10, 2024, Anatoliy Semyonovich Boots, 69, of Evans, WA took his last breath, holding the hand of his beloved youngest daughter, Lyubov.

Anatoliy, known by many as "Tony", was born on August 4,1955, in Dniprodzerzhynsk, Ukraine, to devout First Generation Christian Pentecostal couple Semyon & Anna Boots. His earliest memories were all in Ukraine until his family decided to settle in Tuapse, a town in Krasnodar Krai, Russia.

Oldest of his seven siblings, Tony finished grade school and went into two-year military service for the Army of the Soviet Union in 1974 outside of Lviv, Ukraine. After his military service in the Missile Defense Force, he finished Institute of Technology in Marine Welding and Auto Technician back in his hometown. But his main drive and passion was for living out his life to God, where he served as youth pastor in a thriving Pentecostal Church. He often mentioned, Evangelizing and leading prayer on the beaches of the Black Sea during the Jesus Movement of the 70's and 80's.

On November 19, 1978, he married the love of his life, Nadezhda Ivanovna Fortygin, of Chelyabinsk, Russia. Together they built their beautiful two-story dream home nestled in the Caucasus Mountains in small town of Kirpichnoe, Krasnodar Krai. There they started their family, which now includes nine children. All but one were born and raised in their home in Russia before their immigration to the United States of America.

As a Devout follower of Christ, He loved to serve people and share the good news of Jesus Christ all during the Soviet government persecution of religious groups. Government at the time wanted to eradicate religion and to replace with science materialism. His main service was helping the church grow, but served on board as a Deacon and then Pastor at his hometown Pentecostal church. He worked as a Water Treatment Specialist, for the City of Tuapse WaterPlant.

After 19 years, Tony and wife Nadezhda decided it was time to join the rest of the family. They got sponsored to move to America because of Religious persecution the family endured before the fall of Communism. In 1997 of July, Tony, with wife Nadia and 8 children were greeted by his parents and relatives at the Tri-Cities Airport, in Pasco, WA. Starting life in Kennewick of the Tri-Cities, WA, was complicated for Tony, well he was determined. His youngest son Phillip was born, ninth in rank. He completed a CDL, Welding and English at the Community College in Kennewick and Spokane. Tony and Nadia contributed as much of their free time in the local Slavic Pentecostal Church in Tri-Cities.

After living in Kennewick, Wa for three years, Tony discovered the City of Colville and fell in love with the area. Reminded him of his home back in Russia. He moved his family in July, 2000 to the Stevens County area. Started Boots Trucking Corporation alongside his daughter and sons in 2010. Founded and pastored a Slavic Speaking Pentecostal Church alongside his Brother Vitaly Tochinski, together they served over 15 years.

He dedicated all free time to serve and be around people, spent majority of his focus on his children inspiring their growth in the knowledge and hunger for God. Along with his love for God, an adventurer, personal humor and singing, Tony loved fishing. bee-keeping, recording memories on his video camera and all things automobiles including semi-trucks.
